The Vigolana plateau, located not far from Trento, is a very relaxing place in the heart of Trentino, and a great destination in every season for those who want to regenerate physically and mentally. Here, like from a natural balcony, you can admire alpine panoramas, valleys, and the nearby Caldonazzo lake.
For those who love sport, or just wish to find a little peace, there are many activities that our plateau can offer, according to the seasons.
First of all, you can share with us the activities of our farm. If you wish, you can plant in spring your own strawberries, which we will then grow with love throughout the summer and gather in autumn... and transform them into a delicious jam, with the help of mamma Rosa or Angela.
Our holiday farm offers also a great starting point for hiking, biking and horseback riding.
The many trails in the green circuit called "60 km della Vigolana" are suitable for both easy walks, and more challenging hikes. Thanks to the peculiarities of the territory, that alternates plains with gentle slopes, mountain bikers will surely have lots of fun.
A few kilometers away (the more adventurous can also get there following a forest road) you will have the opportunity to spend a wonderful day at the equestrian center, which can provide riding lessons at various levels, the possibility of horse trekking, or just fun activities with their cute ponies.
If you prefer a completely relaxing day you, can enjoy the warm beaches of Lake Caldonazzo or Levico.
In winter time you can take long walks with snowshoes, or have a great time with sledging. Those who prefer skiing will find a perfectly connected grid of slopes just 10 km away.
From here you can easily and quickly get to important cultural centers like Trento, the City of the Council; Rovereto, with its MART contemporary art museum; Venice, one of the most beautiful cities in the world, just 2 hours drive away; or Verona, the city of Romeo and Juliet.
